Early arrivals will be admitted STARTING Monday, July 22nd at 10:00AM,
NO SOONER! Early arrivals will be charged $15.00 per day (van and 2 people) and an additional $10.00 per day for a camper if there is one.

           You can add a porta-potty rental to your mail-in pre-reg, it's $175.00USD for the week and includes 4 cleanings.  If you have already pre-regged and would like to rent one, contact Judi at blenderqueen@vanning.com and send her a check.

           You can add a golf cart rental to your pre-reg, it's $360.00USD for the week (Monday through Sunday)  If you would like to rent one, contact Judi at blenderqueen@vanning.com and send her a check.

  1. Will there be parking outside the event for pick up trucks?
    What is the latest we can arrive and enter with our truck and then put it where’ve to park?

    1. Like every Van Nationals, pickup trucks will not be allowed after Tuesday at midnight. There is a lot across the street for parking.

  5. do you accept walk-ins? if so cost? is there a place to park outside the midway? we dont want to stay all night there, we have a hotel in Brattleboro VT we only want to visit during the day and check out all the activities and vans.

    1. you can "walk-in" if you pay the gate fee. it isn't uncommon for some vanenrs to stay at hotel at night, but the price of admission is still the same.

  6. Walk-Ins are not permitted at the Van Nationals. There will be a parade and public van show on Friday - see schedule for more details.

  8. Are there covered areas (barn) for rent? Is there an aerial view of the grounds? Plenty of Electric? Showers? Bathrooms? Near by attractions?

  9. There are no barns for rent. There is plenty of electric, water, flush toilets, port a pots and showers. Lots to do in this area. Just google Greenfield, MA area attactions

  15. Some questions.
    I'm assuming the pre-reg includes a site (to park and sleep, like a campsite) and
    that would be for all nights of event?
    Would you be able to come and go (drive out and in) as you please once you are registered or are you "locked In".?
    Is there any kind of electric hookup and is that included?
    How likely would it be to get a spot day of event for the extra 10 buck gate fee?

    1. registration is entrance to the event, there are no assigned campsites. it's a fairground, parking/camping is wherever you pick a spot.
      you can come and go as you please
      there is electric, just bring extension cords.
      pre-reg doesn't guarantee a spot, it's just admission to the event, all camping is first come/first served.

  20. I have a motorcycle that resides in my van (not on a trailer or hitch). Once my van is parked can I use the motorcycle to come and go within the grounds or entry and exit from grounds?

    1. riding a motorcycle isn't permitted at a nats.. only vehicles allowed to drive in and out once the event starts are vans and panels, all others have to be parked outside the gate.
